Preferred Skills:

*The programming and combination of various automation technologies (robots, vision systems, PLCs, HMIs, ) into highly integrated systems

*Must know coordinate synchronous motion

*Develop and improve programs PLC, Robot, by using software to ensure efficient, cost-effective process cycles

*Must adhere to Rollstamp safety policies and procedures

*Work comfortably with sometimes very tight timelines, and able to plan and stick to the plan

*Make programs or changes based on verbal instructions, data or drawings

*Check completed programs by running simulations, tests or measurements

*Prepare geometric layout of designs using proper software

*Determine best sequence of operations by analyzing job order and perform necessary calculations

*Coordinate and conduct training and development of Group Leads/ Mfg

*Keep updated on part revisions, program editing and file maintenance

*Validate robotic processes to meet quality and safety standards
